My Saturday

I had such good intentions to take a picture of all my fun activities Saturday, but that did not happen.

My saturday started off with a long walk with Miriam. The intent was to force myself into labor. Did not work people, no baby yet. I was so amazed at my energy at the beginning of the walk, and then poor Miriam could have crawled beside me by the end and still gone faster!

Then I finished off the final touches of my apartment. EVERYTHING is clean and organized. I am not a clean freak, but I will be the next few days. I don't know if I've ever had the apartment this clean, so I will try my hardest to keep it at its best for my baby girl. I'm completely packed for the hospital and all of those supplies are piled up behind the front door, not to be forgotten.

In the afternoon, I got a pedicure with my good friend Amanda! It was so fun to be pampered.

Saturday night, Juan and I went to Leatherby's for dinner, and to Alice In Wonderland with my sister and her husband. Remember this? Well again folks, no baby here yet. So please unmark my words on that one. As for the movie review. Absolutely LOVED it. I smiled the whole time and it was the perfect combination of happy, bizarre, and creepy.

Juan, Cami, Crystal, Judson, and Darren at Leatherby's.

And here I am just this very morning. 40 weeks pregnant.

You look great like always Cami! I love how being pregnant doesn't slow you down. There are so many women that can't even move their last week cause they hurt but you continue to do fun things and enjoy each moment! Leatherby's looks so yummy. I haven't been there for a while. I can't wait to see Alice either. Thanks for the review!

It will be in the next 48 hours. I can feel it. You amazed me on Saturday. When I was 3 days from my due date I couldn't even stand for very long because of my hips. Well done keeping active. That will get her here! Good luck over the next 48 hours. We'll be ready to hop in the car and come see your beautiful little girl!!

Wow you could keep going for another couple weeks with that much energy. I wouldn't wish that on you. You were supposed to have her yesterday but I will be fine with today also.

you look great!!

when i finally went into labor with cameron, it took us two trips to get everything to the car before we could leave to the hospital--all this while i was having contractions every 3 minutes at 3 AM ...i wish i would have just stowed everything in the car that i could have beforehand (my bag, carseat, camera bag, etc) so i could just breeze out the door when the time came...just a thought for you if you've got as much stuff as we did :) )

Congratulations--she will be here before you know it!!

btw, where is leatherbys still open? i thought they closed??

Cami, you look so good! As I was reading reviews for Alice in Wonderland, I commented to Aaron that you had said you were going to go into labor watching it, sorry it did not happen! You sound like you are doing well!! Good for you!!!!
