Life has been normal. This weekend I had Miriam's baby shower in the morning, and Manda's bridal shower in the afternoon. It was a packed day and so much fun. Saturday night we went out to dinner with my parents to Ottavio's. And then we went to the last byu basketball game of the season! After we met up with my brother Paul and his 3 boys and had ice cream. Sunday was my monthly family dinner, we stayed after and played Nertz which is a new favorite game of ours, although Juan is unbeatable. Anybody out there willing to challenge Juan and his big head?

Doing Good
Hello! I just want to say that I have not bought one thing for myself yet this month. I went to 2 showers this weekend, where I did buy each person a gift. I called Juan and said, I just ran in and out of Target without even looking for anything for myself, just bought a gift. And he said, yeah but you still bought something. That doesn't count, buying for others. Juan knows I'm going to crack any day now, but I'm feeling strong.

Way to go Cami! For sure buying for others doesn't count. That's just being thoughtful. What a fun weekend. I'm glad you are doing good! Keep it up.
Good job! Cami... I think I am in the same boat as you. I shop a lot, and I can always think of something we "need" almost every day! That is bad. Sounds like you have been busy!
Nice picture of Juan, by the way. haha. That is way beyond his normal smile!
Wow! I am so proud of you! I usually don't buy very much and I have been buying things like crazy the last 2 weeks trying to make up for you not buying, I guess.
I am proud of you for having the same purse for so long. A month is a long time for you to have the same purse!
I hereby challenge Juan and his big head to Nertz/Pounce. I LOVE THAT GAME! We should get together!
I LOVE nertz!!! ANd I'm pretty dang good! I would challenge Juan! Do you guys play in pairs? If so, I don't know if John could handle the stress of the game... :)
Kristen, Sommer,.... bring it on.
Okay, my dad, mom, Ginger, and I have been practicing nertz every Sunday now so I will be unbeatable by this summer when I come out!
