So Saturday night we are sitting around the house, I'm in sweats lounging, Juan's on the computer. He exclaims, That's what I wanted to do tonight. Yes Juan is a closet David Copperfield lover and really really wanted to go see him in Salt Lake. (David Copperfield is an illusionist for those who don't know). So I say, oh too bad, we missed it (I wasn't as excited as Juan for this event). He follows with, we can still make the 9 o'clock showing. It was 7:44, we live an hour outside of Salt Lake, and I was in my lounge-wear glory. I said, ok let's do it! Juan and I have made a habit of last minute events: Disney on Ice, Vegas, and now David Copperfield.I was pleasantly surprised by the show. He is a comedian on top of the whole magician thing. We were both extremely entertained and super curious as to how he pulls off all of the illusions!!! It turned out to be such a fun night.

Awesome! That is so great that you guys can just pick up and go to random events. And when you two do it, you do it big! My cousin did the illustrations for one of David Copperfield's books! I dont even know why he would have a book... but whatever!
You guys are great! Good for you and your spontaneous plans. I know Tyler will be envious. He's all about last minute plans. It does make life exciting!
You guys are always doing something exciting!
i feel like i get to live through you these days because we are so not about last minute plans right now. i am SO glad to see that i am not the only one who liked the preview of glee. i loved the rival school's performance of "rehab." not quite sure how i feel about the other teacher hitting on the main teacher, but i will definitely watch again.
That sounds like fun! I love last minute things but Jason's more of a planner so my spontaneity isn't so great with him. I'm glad you all enjoyed it!
Cami, you're such a good sport! I would never have given in last minute like that :)
