Patiently chilling in my arms while I work (day 1)Juan has 1 more final left and then he'll be able to be home with her all day every day. She's been doing great considering the amount we run around with her. She sleeps 2 big chunks during the night, so I only have to wake up once. She gives us smiles and chuckles all the time, although I'm not sure she knows she is doing it yet.
As for me, I'm making it. Life is busy with work and a baby, like working 2 full time jobs at least. I am going to make a major countdown. As of today I have 6 weeks 1 day left of work. I can do it. I am adjusting to post-baby life. It feels nice to have an extended wardrobe again, I forgot what that was like. I have too many clothes:
Oh and this is a good one. What's the worst thing you can hear 4 weeks after you had a baby?
"So when are you due?"
Sad. I just had to laugh it off.

The things people say. Someone called abby a "cute little boy" yesterday at Walmart... does the pink blanket or pink pacifier not give it away that she's a GIRL? How about the onesie with pink hearts all over it? Sheesh.

I just love that cute little look that she is giving you in the first picture. I don't how you work with her looking at you like that. You will be able to make it 6 weeks. It will go by very quickly.
Such a cute little girl to just sit there, for a day at least. haha. That is so nice though that you can bring her with you-only at BYU! I'm happy for you that the countdown has begun. It will go by quickly! And about that final question he asked you, don't worry. It's true, some people are clueless, especially men.
I bet that person felt so dumb after you said you already had her. Really people need to think before they speak.
That is really wonderful that she can come to work with you. She must already know when your full attention isn't on her. It will be nice when Juan is done.
You are amazing! I don't know if I could work and come home to the boys! I would be exhausted!
